You don't have to follow strict direction on how to leveling. Leveling on OMGRO particularly easy. Do it old-school way, like choose map then kill the monster based on your level, or just do Hunting Mission quest to level up way faster. Read more for more details.
Job Change
After finishing New Player Quest, you char is ready to change your job. Use all your skill point then talk to NPC Job Changer at Headquarters /navi omg_hq 140/59 , then choose your desirable job you want to play. Example: Merchant.
Leveling
Old-school way
The next step is Leveling. You can basically level at any map you like as long as your char can handle it. Before you start, don't forget to wear all the costume set from Ani, they have amazing combo effect and very helpful for new players. But here's few recommendations leveling location.

After reach max level 99/50, go to NPC Services > Job Changer > and choose Rebirth. Then repeat this leveling until you reach lv 99/70 on your trans char. |

Avoid large amount of mobs at first. |

Started getting serious. They are all aggressive. Make sure you don't mobs them too much. Fly wing is a must in case they comes way too much.

Start with very small mobs. You need to bring lots of Fly Wing here. They are all weak with Water elemental attack. |

Hunting Mission
If you want to speed up and made leveling easier, this is the way to go! If this this your first try, just choose the Normal mode, as it will gives you easier monster list to kill.
The quest is shared for the whole Account, this means, you can kill the monster with your stronger char, then claim the reward with your low leveled char. Don't forget to consume 
HE Battle Manual before you report back to Cassiopeia, it will boost the exp rewards from the quest.
