Fix small font

Follow these steps if you have your OMGRO client with small fonts.

  1. First, close your OMGRO client
  2. Head to your OMGRO folder > System > Font
  3. Locate file gulim or gulim.ttc
  4. Right click > Install

Stuck at Gepard splash screen

This usually happen if you didn't set the correct screen resolution or your RO setup changed.

  1. Force close OMGRO from Task Manager
  2. Head to your OMGRO folder and open opensetup.exe or click on ⚙️ gear symbol on OMGRO Patcher
  3. Change your screen Graphics API to DirectX 9 or DirectX 7 depends on your systems
  4. And change your Resolution
  5. Or if you didn't want to change anything, just press OK or APPLY
  6. Now you should be able to load OMGRO client

Cannot init 3D or GRF

Something wrong with the graphics settings.

Open your OMGRO folder and open opensetup.exe, change something or none, then press OK.

Lagging

Our main server located at Singapore. Some providers do have problem with their route, like: Indihome/Telkom (Indonesia).

If you experience the lag, you might consider use other ISP or try to use VPN, like WARP or ExitLag.

Map server not available

If you are getting this message when trying to log in, please contact inform the GM ASAP!

If no maintenance accounted, this means server got crash and need to be restart.

Low FPS / game stutter

First, check if the FPS got limited in game, use this command in game !vsync

This command will toggle the FPS limit ON or OFF (Capped at 60 or unlock the cap)


Open your OMGRO folder and open opensetup.exe

Under [Graphics API], change between DirectX7 or DirectX9.

On normal condition, DirectX9 should deliver better performance.


If your DirectX9 gives bad performance, you might consider using dgVoodoo. The files included at OMGRO/dgVodoo folder.

This will boost your OMGRO performance but it will need more resources.
