You need 1 pc of Dream Soul to enchant. The process enchant are 100% save, and the reset depends on the method that you choose.
Enchant method
There's two method that you can choose:
Transcendent
All possible slots enchant at once. 100% success rate. You will need Jewel Scroll equal to all possible slots of the items that you choose.
Precision
Selectable slots enchant. Vary success rate. You can re-roll each of the slots with various success rate. When fail, only the materials if removed.
